Mostly good, a small hiccup
I bought a new Crimpzangen set and some Aderendhülsen. The product quality for the crimping tool is quite good, feels robust and makes clean crimps. The Aderendhülsen were all there and correct. Shipping was standard, took about 4 days. My only minor point is that the website search, while generally effective, sometimes pulls up too many irrelevant results when I'm looking for very specific niche items like certain types of microcontroller, making it a bit tedious to filter through. But for common items, it's fine. Overall, satisfied with the purchase and the value.
Decent order, some issues
I ordered a new Multimeter-Messleitungen set and a couple of those little Arduino boards a few weeks ago. The ordering process itself was straightforward on the website, easy to find what I needed. Delivery took about 6 business days to reach me in Vienna, which is a bit slower than I'd hoped but still acceptable. When the package arrived, one of the Arduino boxes was slightly dented, but the board inside was fine, thankfully. The Multimeter-Messleitungen are good quality, feel sturdy, and work as expected with my existing multimeter. The Arduino boards fired right up, no problems there. I haven't had to deal with customer support, so can't comment on that. Overall, a solid experience, but the slower shipping and slightly damaged packaging for one item kept it from being perfect.
